So I finally shared with you all my first project, as a graduate. I can honestly say, I feel very happy with what I’ve achieved. It was a lot of hard work, but it didn’t feel that way at all. Yes, I admit I spent of lot of time on this project, and it was tiring, but I never felt negative towards the work.
I was worried time to time, if this was the right thing for me to do. I was spending a lot of money…in total, I’ve spent approximately £800. Yeah… a LOT of money was spent, but the encompasses so many expenses: Costumes, Photographer, Venue hire, Travel, MUA expenses, food, and all of is before I get onto producing the christmas cards. So yes, it was a lot of money; was it worth it?
Definitely. I wanted to make work because I want my company to become something. I’m not going always to be able to do everything I want, but I’m willing to build myself up so I have the choice, to be able to anything I want to do. From this project, I feel confident going forward with my own work. Opportunities have opened for me. I’m actually being approached, to do work – which is very exiting and promising.
To keep this short, by doing this project, I feel more confident in the choices I’m making. I feel confident to now produce more work and keep investing in my business. I’m very excited for what 2018 has in store. I know I have a fair few ideas, so keep watch of this space as well as my youtube and Instagram.
